Description

We LOVE pizza, but sometimes we feel guilty about the lack of protein.  So we decided to use our Super Team Sauce to add a protein boost to our personal pizza.

We used Trader Joe's Cauliflower pizza crusts, but this recipe can be adapted to the pizza crust of your choice - just adjust the time and temp!

Super Simple + Super Tasty.

 

Ingredients (Yields: 1 Personal Pizza)

  • 4 Tbsp - Super Team Sauce (link)
  • 1 - Personal Cauliflower Crust 
  • Mozzarella Cheese
  • Red Onion
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Basil
  • Salami

 

Prep

  1. Pre-heat oven to 425 F
  2. Place Cauliflower Crust on pizza pan or baking sheet 
  3. Spread 2 Tbsp of sauce on Cauliflower Crust
  4. Shred Mozzarella and spread on pizza
  5. Top with Red Onion, Green Bell Pepper, Basil, Salami, and remaining 2 Tbsp of Super Team Sauce
  6. Bake until cheese is melted and edges browned (~10 minutes)
  7. Enjoy your snack w/ benefits!
