We LOVE pizza, but sometimes we feel guilty about the lack of protein. So we decided to use our Super Team Sauce to add a protein boost to our personal pizza.
We used Trader Joe's Cauliflower pizza crusts, but this recipe can be adapted to the pizza crust of your choice - just adjust the time and temp!
Super Simple + Super Tasty.
Ingredients (Yields: 1 Personal Pizza)
- 4 Tbsp - Super Team Sauce (link)
- 1 - Personal Cauliflower Crust
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Red Onion
- Green Bell Pepper
- Basil
- Salami
Prep
- Pre-heat oven to 425 F
- Place Cauliflower Crust on pizza pan or baking sheet
- Spread 2 Tbsp of sauce on Cauliflower Crust
- Shred Mozzarella and spread on pizza
- Top with Red Onion, Green Bell Pepper, Basil, Salami, and remaining 2 Tbsp of Super Team Sauce
- Bake until cheese is melted and edges browned (~10 minutes)
