Shipping Cost

Flat rate of $6.99 for US orders.

All orders greater than $49 receive free shipping.

Shipping Schedule

We aim to ship out all packages within 2-3 business days from the order date.  On rare occasions it may take longer if the team is in the kitchen or travelling.

Shipping Issues

Please reach out to support@superteamfoods.com if there are any issues with your delivery (damage, missing packages, incorrect order).

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees.  We will not offer refunds for deliveries that are delayed.

The Safe-Arrival Guarantee

Every order includes our Safe-Arrival Guarantee. We take full responsibility for your package until it reaches your door. If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is lost in transit by our carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please note: We reserve the right to require a new or alternative shipping address to fulfill a replacement claim if the original address is deemed undeliverable or has a history of carrier issues.
