Refund policy

Last Updated: 10/22/2025

Returns, Refunds, and Credits.

We do not accept returns because our protein bars are a food product and there are potential food safety and quality concerns with reselling an already delivered product.

We also do not issue refunds based on personal preference. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@superteamfoods.com.

Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.  In certain cases at our sole discretion, we may issue an account credit or refund.  We may require a photo of your order including the lot number to help us determine if it was damaged during shipping or there was a manufacturing error.

Order Cancellations

Unless required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable. In certain cases at our sole discretion, we may cancel a non-shipped order.

In these cases, we do charge a 25% cancellation fee to cover nonrefundable payment processing fees as well as cover administrative and operational restocking costs.

Incorrect Mailing Address

If an incorrect mailing address was entered in the shipping section when placing your order, please contact us at hello@superteamfoods.com as soon as possible so we can correct the address prior to the order being fulfilled.

In the event that the package was delivered to an incorrect mailing address we will be unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, terrorism safety control, inaccurate shipping information, or mistakes on the part of our shipping partners' employees.

Theft

Customers are responsible for having a safe and secured location for delivery.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not offer refunds in these instances.  However, we will attempt to work with our shipping partners to locate missing packages and file claims in applicable cases.
