We have a Super Team protein boosted turkey meatball recipe that is extra tasty for y'all today. For an appetizer or a lean meal, enjoy with a dipping sauce. But this also can go great with any pasta recipe out there.
Super Tasty + Super Simple.
Ingredients (Serves: 2-4)
- 1.5 lbs - Ground Turkey
- 2 Crumbled Bars - Zesty BBQ
- .25 Cup - Parmesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp - Garlic Powder
- 2 - Large Eggs
- .25 Cup - Milk or Water
- Tzatziki Dipping Sauce (Optional)
Prep
- Preheat air fryer to 375 F
- In bowl, mix all ingredients well
- Shape meatballs into ~24 meatballs
- Slightly grease air fryer
- Cook single layer of meatballs for 10-12 minutes (165 F internal temperature)
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
