Description

We have a Super Team protein boosted turkey meatball recipe that is extra tasty for y'all today. For an appetizer or a lean meal, enjoy with a dipping sauce. But this also can go great with any pasta recipe out there. 

Super Tasty + Super Simple.

 

Ingredients (Serves: 2-4)

  • 1.5 lbs - Ground Turkey
  • 2 Crumbled Bars - Zesty BBQ
  • .25 Cup - Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp - Garlic Powder
  • 2 - Large Eggs
  • .25 Cup - Milk or Water
  • Tzatziki Dipping Sauce (Optional)

 

Prep

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375 F
  2. In bowl, mix all ingredients well
  3. Shape meatballs into ~24 meatballs
  4. Slightly grease air fryer
  5. Cook single layer of meatballs for 10-12 minutes (165 F internal temperature)
  6. Let rest for 5-10 minutes.
