Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
  • 1.7 lb. - Ground Turkey
  • 2 Crumbled Bars - Zesty BBQ
  • 2 tsp.- Kosher salt
  • 1 Tbsp - Black Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. - Fennel Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. - Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. - smoked paprika
  • 1 Tbsp -  garlic powder
  • 2 tsp -  crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 - Eggs
  • Olive oil
Prep
  1. Mix Ground Turkey, Protein Bars, Salt, Black Pepper, Fennel, Maple Syrup, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes in mixing bowl
  2. Roll into 10-12 balls
  3. Heat oven to 400F
  4. Take a measuring cup and lightly rub the bottom with oil
  5. Press Turkey balls into patties with oiled measuring cup
  6. Place on pan with foil
  7. Bake for 15 minutes and flip halfway through (internal temperature at least 165F)
  8. While sausage is baking, cook two eggs in your favorite style
