Ingredients (Serves 3-4)
- 1.7 lb. - Ground Turkey
- 2 Crumbled Bars - Zesty BBQ
- 2 tsp.- Kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp - Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. - Fennel Seeds
- 1 Tbsp. - Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp. - smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp - garlic powder
- 2 tsp - crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 - Eggs
- Olive oil
Prep
- Mix Ground Turkey, Protein Bars, Salt, Black Pepper, Fennel, Maple Syrup, Paprika, Garlic Powder, Red Pepper Flakes in mixing bowl
- Roll into 10-12 balls
- Heat oven to 400F
- Take a measuring cup and lightly rub the bottom with oil
- Press Turkey balls into patties with oiled measuring cup
- Place on pan with foil
- Bake for 15 minutes and flip halfway through (internal temperature at least 165F)
- While sausage is baking, cook two eggs in your favorite style
