Ingredients (Serves: 1)

  • 1 Bar - Spicy Herb Protein Bar (or favorite flavor)
  • 3 C - Mixed Greens
  • ¼ C - Cherry Tomatoes
  • - Persian Cucumber
  • ½ - Small Bell Pepper
  • ½ T - Asian Sesame Dressing



  1. Put mixed greens in bowl
  2. Chop cherry tomatoes in half
  3. Cut cucumber into bite sized pieces
  4. Slice bell peppers into ¼ inch pieces
  5. Break protein bar into 8-12 bite sized pieces
  6. Mix all ingredients
  7. Toss salad until evenly dressed
