Ingredients (Serves: 2-4)
- 1 - Spicy Herb Protein Bars
- ½ C - Roasted Almonds
- ½ C - Roasted Cashews
- ½ C - Toasted Pecans
- ¼ C - Chopped Dried Apricots
- Break up Protein Bar into bite sized pieces (10-16)
- Chop dried Apricots into ¼'s
- Mix Nuts, Protein Bar pieces, and Apricots in a serving bowl
