We prefer the Spicy Herb bar as the Apricots provide a touch of sweetness that pairs so well with the heat.  Plus, the herbal notes brings out a depth of flavor in the nuts.

Ingredients (Serves: 2-4)

  • 1 - Spicy Herb Protein Bars
  • ½ C - Roasted Almonds
  • ½ C - Roasted Cashews
  • ½ C - Toasted Pecans
  • ¼ C - Chopped Dried Apricots



  1. Break up Protein Bar into bite sized pieces (10-16)
  2. Chop dried Apricots into ¼'s
  3. Mix Nuts, Protein Bar pieces, and Apricots in a serving bowl
  4. Enjoy your snack w/ benefits!
